Case Study - Administration for Doctor Office

This is a functional case study of a fictional Doctor's Office. What we are showing here is a scenario where a Doctor's office has requested a web site that will allow their patients to come in and start a profile, set appointments and view data permitted by the office administration. On the Doctor's administrative side they would be able to set blocks of availability per doctor for appointments, automatically send appointment reminders to patients and/or doctors, view, update and comment on each patient, group patients by doctor, area or ailment or a combination thereof. Maps are also implemented for tracking of possible outbreaks in any particular area as well as mapping for house calls (do doctors still do that?) When planning your design, we work closely with you to implement and integrate your design and data logic. This case scenario illustrates just a few of the things possible and can be expanded and/or adapted to any need. We have outlined a few of areas that you'll see here:

Appointments

appointment calendar for all doctors

For a more detailed look at this scenario we can arrange a session so you can log in as a doctor or patient so you can see just how simple it is to add, view and extract information. If would like to arrange a closer look just fill in the form below and we will get back to you with a user log in.
