Our Network Operation Center is co-located in Dallas and Houston, Texas. Many people ask us why we do not keep our servers in Vermont. Co-location means that we share a multi-million dollar SAS/70 Type II data center facility with redundant generators in ultra secure buildings with the premier crossroads of 6 tier-1 bandwidth suppliers. We could locate our servers in Vermont but we would never be able to offer the speed, reliability or security levels that we enjoy from our Texas location.

Our hours are typical business hours, 9:00AM to 5:00 PM but very often you'll find one of us answering the phone much later, we really do enjoy our work. We have systems in place for emergencies and a quick answer is always available from our ticket system which is monitored 24 hours a day.
